ESII decided to be part of this challenging event and to mark its commitment to the Middle East by showcasing its state-of-the-art customer flow management process solution, eSirius™ at Gitex, the international tradeshow for new technologies in the Gulf Region.
The e-Sirius™ software can operate across unlimited services, counters and multi-site operations. The solution can be integrated with digital media capabilities, and even enables full appointment and schedule management along with SMS notification software.
