Logic Software Inc., announced today the introduction of a new Interactive Gantt chart feature for its leading Web 2.0, Ajax-based project management and collaboration software, Easy Projects .NET.
The interactive functionality of Gantt charts which was previously mainly available on desktop applications is brought to web-based project management using the latest Microsoft Silverlight technology. With Easy Projects .NET the Interactive Gantt chart steps outside the boundaries and limitations of usual online project planning and reporting. Unlike most web-based Gantt chart tools, the Interactive Gantt chart provides a unique full-screen graphing capability allowing project managers to plan and co-ordinate project tasks with options such as zoom, print, in-line editing, as well as drag-and-drop task scheduling, resource planning and activity assignments.
