MOD Systems®, Inc., an industry-leading provider of digital media delivery systems for retailers, today announced that Senior Vice President of Business Development, Brad Gleeson, will participate in a session called “Digital Den” at Entertainment Supply Chain Academy (ESCA) in Los Angeles, CA. Also speaking at the session will be executives from such companies as Yahoo! Connected TV, Edgecast, BuzzMedia, BluFocus and more.
The “Digital Den” session, hosted by Parks Associates, will be held from 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Pacific on Wednesday, June 24, 2009, at the Luxe Hotel in Los Angeles.
During this rapid-fire session, executives from eleven companies looking to monetize and find their footing in the emerging world of digital content delivery and home entertainment will offer brief individual presentations. Each presenter will describe the transition of content delivery from the traditional physical distribution model to where it stands today and how it may change in the future. Presentations will cover delivery models ranging from open source online video and interactive broadcasting to MOD Systems’ digital delivery in retail.
Gleeson currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Business Development for MOD Systems. Before joining the company, he founded and acted as managing partner of TargetPath LLC, a consulting company providing management, strategic planning and business development consulting to digital signage, specialty display and out-of-home media clients. Gleeson has also held senior positions with Planar Systems Inc., Active Light and CineLight, national value-added distributors that were among the first to sell Plasma and large LCD monitors in the U.S.
