Point of Reference, Inc. (PoR), the industry thought leader in customer reference management solutions, announced today that Randy Dolan has joined the company as Vice President of Sales. Mr. Dolan will be responsible for leading sales strategy, partnerships, and new product sales activities worldwide as part of the company’s next stage of growth.
Mr. Dolan brings over 20 years of sales and sales management experience, most recently acting as a Sales Manager at Oracle Corporation focused on the company’s CRM solution. Initially tasked with SMB market customer acquisition through partners, he was ultimately responsible for growing large enterprise accounts (Over $500M in revenue) through multimillion-dollar sales.
Prior to joining Oracle Corporation, Mr. Dolan held the position of Financial Services Client Executive at Exstream Software. He contributed to the meteoric growth of the company where annual revenue climbed from $25M to $85M in just 4½ years. Exstream was valued at $913M in 2008; the year HP acquired the company.
Additionally, he acted as Managing Director, Financial Services at Finali Corporation, a next generation customer care start-up, which was acquired by Convergys in 2004.
