/PRZOOM - Newswire/ - Toni Hankins, founder of rail systems house Rowe Hankins and electrical products distributor Cudis is moving from managing director to chairman. Toni is assuming a strategic role in preparation for his retirement.

Bury, Lancashire, United Kingdom, 03/26/2009 – Amanda Jones, former operations director, steps into the role of managing director assisted by deputy MD and company secretary, Michael Hankins. Chartered Engineer Steve Stones completes one year on the board as technical director. As non-executive director Malcolm Farrar brings further experience to the management team.

Michael Hankins has relinquished his role as sales manager of the rail systems business to head up Cudis the expanding electrical products business. Tim Allard steps into Michael’s shoes as sales manager for rail systems.
