EASY NOTES is the ideal solution for linking EASY ARCHIVE to a Lotus Notes/Domino environment. Documents and data are archived and searched directly and seamlessly from Notes. EASY NOTES handles all Notes items and eases the load on the Notes database, relieving it of data not permanently required. The net result is the database remains organized, clean and fast. EASY xBASE links Mircrosoft Exchange to the EASY ARCHIVE. E-mail and attachments are archived and searched directly and seamlessly from Outlook. EASY xBASE relieves the Exchange server of less-frequently accessed e-mails, reducing backup and upgrade times, and keeping the server running clean and fast.
