St. Louis, MO, United States, 02/10/2009 – Stratus Building Solutions, a St. Louis-based franchisor of building service and maintenance franchises nationwide, has entered the Denver, Colorado market by awarding a new Master Franchise to Channen and René Smith, who will own and manage the operation at 7010 Broadway Suite 450, Denver Colorado 80221.
The new business is called Stratus Building Solutions of Metro Denver.

Previously, he served as General Manager-Services, GE Healthcare-HCIT, in Barrington, Illinois, and as Executive Vice President-Service Systems, Otis Elevator Company, based in Farmington, Connecticut.. Mr. Smith earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arizona and a Master of Science in management (MBA) from Purdue University. Channen and René, have three daughters and live in suburban Denver.
