As the new Congress and new Administration begin work, it will be critical that they focus on the need to dramatically reduce our dependency on foreign oil, which strangles our economy and threatens our national security. ICP Solar Technologies Inc. (OTCBB: ICPR) closed at $0.20.

OriginOil, Inc (OTCBB: OOIL) closed at $0.42, trading stronger following recent Reuters media.
SunPower Corporation (SPWRA) closed down, but up $0.74 (1.91%) in after- hours trading.
Suntech Power Holdings Co. Ltd. (STP) closed off $0.04 (0.31%).
Sustainable Energy Technologies Ltd (TSX.V: STG) closed up 4.55%.
