Based in Cary, ByteWyze Computer Services was founded in 2000 by Hare, Stephen Arnold (CTO), and Tim Taylor (CFO). The company provides network services to small and medium-sized businesses including the dental, legal, construction, banking, and medical industries.
CTO Stephen Arnold says that it’s the company’s personal approach to technical problems that appeals most to their customers. “Our customers really appreciate it when we take the extra time to explain complex technical requirements in terms that they understand,” explains Arnold. “Many of our customers aren’t technologically savvy. They’re dentists or lawyers or doctors who are experts in their field, but may not be up to date on IT issues. They really respond when we’re able to explain their systems to them in plain English.
