In response to clients’ needs and demands, Antek HealthWare has designed and implemented a secure online user section, providing LabDAQ clients with access to another medium for networking and accessing technical support information. “Not unlike our regional live user group sessions, the online user group provides a forum for our clients to interact, sharing tips and best practices for using LabDAQ LIS,” states Steward Macis, Director of Products and Support Services.
