Cape Town, Western Province, South Africa, 10/15/2008 – The Majid Al Futtaim Group (MAF Group), is responsible for pioneering the concepts of the mega-mall and the hypermarket in the MENA region. Over the past decade the Group has expanded these concepts from Dubai into other major cities in the United Arab Emirates and throughout the MENA region.
In a drive to optimise its credit operations, Majid Al Futtaim has requested PIC Solutions to provide a strategic review of its current credit processes and develop a roadmap for the implementation of best practice risk management systems, processes and tools, for both new and existing credit card customers.
During this assignment, PIC Solutions consultants will be creating and presenting a roadmap detailing the short term, medium term and long term strategies to implement best practice credit risk management throughout the entire organisation. This includes a review of international best practices in the areas of application scoring, application processing, collections and credit technology.
