Pink Elephant UK today announced that it has been successfully assessed and accredited by the Institute of IT Training having demonstrated its “commitment to high quality and process improvement in the provision of IT Training”. The Institute of IT is the world's first professional body for IT training professionals and is the leading authority throughout the UK and Europe on IT training and development.
Pink Elephant has been delivering IT Service Management Education since the inception of the IT Infrastructure library. As the first organisation to develop and introduce the ITIL Foundation course, firstly in Holland and then in the UK, Pink Elephant was also the first company to develop and introduce the single process ITIL Practitioner range of courses, plus the first to develop and launch the multi-process Practitioner Courses.
