Syracuse, NY, United States, 09/13/2008 – This is the second consecutive year that DirectBuy of Syracuse has landed in the top five in North America, moving from fourth to third place in overall member satisfaction surveys.
The ratings are based on the results of surveys of DirectBuy members across North America conducted by Maritz, a world-renowned market research company. Not only did Maritz survey current DirectBuy members, but also prospective members, new members and recently expired members.
The survey research concluded that each member, or potential member, has been more than satisfied overall with the professionalism and service at DirectBuy of Syracuse. With an overall four-star rating from Maritz, members ranked Syracuse at close to five stars in most areas of the survey including trustworthiness, courtesy, attentiveness and helpfulness of associates, in addition to selection and quality of products.
“The survey is a valuable diagnostic tool to gauge the company’s strengths, as well as to pinpoint opportunities for improvement,” said DirectBuy Vice President of Customer Service Margaret Griggs. “Becoming a top Customer Service Rating Center in the DirectBuy network isn’t something that service teams can do overnight, but rather, requires ongoing effort from the center.”
