Derek Alway is a corporate finance executive and non-executive director with over 30 years experience in the Information Technology industry; responsible for defining corporate strategy, restructuring and transacting mergers and acquisitions in the IT and communications markets. Derek has extensive experience within commercial, technical and defence markets in the UK, Europe and USA.
This new appointment has been placed to strengthen the Cobent corporate team to help maximise on the rapid growth experienced over the past 12 months and will help Cobent define new business strategies and approaches to continue that expansion.
