Mr. Cole discusses how Geeks on Call (OTCBB: GOCH) has evolved its business, from the initial primary market driver of its franchise model to now including Company-owned branches. He comments on the philosophy behind it and how it has impacted the company’s growth. “From the beginning our goal was to drive national footprint and deeper market penetration. Opening Company-owned branches is a part of that expansion strategy but also serve as a testing ground for new sales and marketing methods that will not impact the larger franchise network.”
Mr. Cole also goes on to discuss how the Company has become an authorized reseller of Hewlett-Packard products and services through HP's PartnerONE Program, a network of approved Enterprise and SMB solution providers. “This relationship enables us to offer more competitively priced products in both the franchises and the company owned territories. Essentially what we are doing is driving additional revenue through our service network.”
Mr. Cole also comments on the Geeks on Call (OTCBB: GOCH) news on becoming a Participating Service Provider for the Long & Foster Companies' Home Service Connections Program, a network of nearly 300 home-related service providers that includes local and national companies, such as movers, home inspectors, painters, roofers and contractors.
