VoIP Monitor enables Enterprise and VoIP Service Providers to easily monitor, capture and evaluate all IP communications traffic in real-time.
VoIP Monitor 1.6 introduces several new features that improve the flexibility, efficiency, usability and overall performance of the product. Support for network tap devices has been introduced to provide an alternative to using port mirroring for capture. QoS calculations are now bidirectional for all calls. An integrated web server is now included for ease of installation. Filters have been implemented within the Call Log to enhance usability. The solution has also been scaled to a maximum call concurrency of 150 calls.
VoIP Monitor is a proactive call monitoring and diagnostics solution for on-site IP-PBXs and hosted telephony environments. VoIP Monitor sees all calls made on the network and produces an individual call record, capture file and core analysis for each.
