Busa, brings to Engate 15 years of experience in leading global marketing organizations for some of the world’s foremost technology companies. Recognized for his leadership and ability to successfully execute compelling marketing programs, Busa will be responsible for growing the company's position in the burgeoning email security and anti-botnet market, and fostering the success of the award-winning Engate MailSentinel™ product line for large enterprises, service providers, and hardware and software OEMs.

With a proven track record of helping technology companies build leading brands and gain market share, Busa leads Engate’s worldwide marketing strategy, including branding, product marketing, channel marketing, demand creation, business development, public relations, and marketing communications. In his new role, Busa will be responsible for the development and execution of all Engate marketing programs designed to build brand equity, customer loyalty and market share, including efforts to capitalize on revenue-generating partner OEM strategies.
Focused on fostering trusted relationships with customers and cultivating opportunities in new market segments, Busa brings over 15 years experience with a diversity of industry-leading technology companies, including Sonus Networks, Atreus Systems, Nortel Networks, Cambrian Systems and Tundra Semiconductor. As Atreus Systems’ director of communications, Busa was responsible for developing and launching the company's worldwide communications and demand generation programs, leading to its acquisition by Sonus Networks. Prior to Atreus, Busa was instrumental in successfully implementing Cambrian Systems’ marketing and communications programs, leading to its acquisition by Nortel Networks.
