Raleigh, NC, United States, 07/16/2008 – TriSure has recruited Robert C. “Bob” Eades, CPCU, to oversee the firm’s division dedicated to investigating, negotiating and settling property and casualty insurance claims, including workers’ compensation.
In his new role as TriSure’s chief client advocate, Eades also will identify and eliminate potential complications by reviewing policies before claims occur to ensure that clients are receiving the full coverage they expect and need.
“Bob’s goal will be to accelerate the claims process and achieve optimum results for our clients, which includes holding carriers accountable for fulfilling the terms of their contracts,” said Linda Folger, CPCU, CIC, ARM, CRM and a founding partner at TriSure.
Eades has nearly 30 years of experience supervising insurance claims processing. Prior to joining TriSure, he was regional claims manager with Ohio Casualty Group, where he directed a staff of 100 working throughout the East Coast.
A graduate of Miami University in Ohio, Eades is a chartered property casualty underwriter and serves as president of the Eastern North Carolina chapter of CPCU.
TriSure is one of the largest independently owned insurance brokerage and consulting firms in the region.
Folger said that what makes Eades’ hire unique – and distinguishes TriSure within its industry – is the focus TriSure puts on the claims process by putting it at the start of a new client relationship. Understanding client risks before contracts are written and ensuring that those risks are fully covered is the best way to ensure subsequent claims are quickly paid, Folger said.
“Sometimes there are ‘gray areas’ within a carrier’s contract, which can cause difficulty and delay for TriSure and our clients when a claim is submitted,” Folger said. “Bob is especially good at identifying and clarifying such gray areas. His proactive advocacy will fit well into TriSure’s model of providing a premium level of service and experience, delivered with impeccable professionalism.”
Eades’ expertise will be especially useful for TriSure clients submitting workers’ compensation claims, Folger said.
“When you’re running a small business, as many of TriSure’s clients are, your employees are your company’s greatest strength,” Folger said. “A strong workers’ compensation program protects that asset.”
TriSure consults with the area’s leading businesses to help them successfully manage property and casualty insurance risks and provide comprehensive benefits to their employees. TriSure offers a premium level of service and experience to clients who deserve the highest quality insurance products delivered with impeccable professionalism.
