Joseph, Former Union Secretary of the Ministry of Shipping; Vice Admiral John C De Silva, Former Vice Chief of the Naval Staff and Former Director General, Coast Guard; and Commander AJB Singh, Ex Indian Navy and MoD – where he was the organiser of previous DefExpo and Aero India exhibitions -are amongst the panelists for MSI 2008 Exhibition and Conference.
In his welcome message for the event, Admiral Prakash writes that “Maritime Security International is not just timely, but promises to be a most significant event for the maritime community.
