Dr. Nevio Di Giusto, B. Engineering (Aeronautics)
Dr. Di Giusto joined Fiat in 1978 as project engineer in the product engineering department. He gained increasing responsibility in Fiat Auto Vehicle Development and Testing. In 1992 he became responsible for the Style and Design Department at Fiat, Alfa and Lancia as well as for the Models Development Department. After being director of the Platforms Development Department of Fiat Auto since 1997, Dr. Di Giusto was announced director of the new R&D, Design and Product Concept Department of Fiat Auto. In 2004 he became President & CEO of ELASIS. Since December 2005 he is also President & CEO of Centro Ricerche Fiat as well as the President of the Fiat Directors Group. Last year Dr. Di Giusto was also nominated Vice President for Research and Innovation of the Industrialists' Union of Naples.
Mr Hans-Wolf Mattheus, Diplom Ingenieur
Coming from the consulting business dealing with complexity management in the automotive business, Mr. Mattheus joined Daimler AG in the year 2000. After different tasks in the product strategy department, he took over responsibility for innovation and weight management of Mercedes-Benz Car Group. His main challenge in the framework of innovation management is to generate the appropriate innovation portfolio for each MB model with a maximum fit to future trends, the brand core values and the competitive situation in the premium set.

Dr. Redlich received his PhD from RWTH Aachen for his work on Active Four-Wheel Steering Strategies. Dr. Redlich joined FordLs product development vehicle concept department in 1994. He focused on new vehicle concepts and technologies and had various positions in the vehicle project management. Since 2004 he is managing FordLs European R&A Technology and Strategy Office in Aachen. Dr. Redlich is responsible for planning and controlling of all European research projects.

Sarwant is responsible for developing and implementing business strategy, fulfilment of high value consulting projects as Project Leader and developing content strategy for Frost & Sullivan's European Transportation Practice. Sarwant is also the global leader in developing Frost & Sullivan's Growth Strategy Workshop capabilities. Since joining Frost & Sullivan in March 1999, Sarwant has managed over 150 strategic consulting projects in the Automotive and Transportation sector. Sarwant specialises in facilitating Growth Strategy Workshops for Frost & Sullivan clients. Sarwant combines engineering acumen with strong commercial & business awareness.
Mr Raglan Tribe, Bachelor of Science (Computer Systems)
Managing Director of Mindsheet Limited, which he started early in 2003 to market his extensive expertise in strategy, technical and R&D management. Prior to the formation of Mindsheet, Raglan was the Group Research and Development Director of De La Rue plc., where he implemented their development programme for supporting the introduction of the Euro. Previously, Raglan had 12 years of automotive experience as the Chassis Systems Director of TRW Automotive, the R&D Director for Lucas VarityAutomotive and Head of Advanced Product Development for Lucas Industries. In these roles he was responsible for the development of the Chassis Systems Strategy, Adaptive Cruise Control, Electric Power Steering and a technology consulting business.
