Amman, Jordan, 2008/02/18 - As part of its strategy to launch in new markets across the region, e-Points, a member of the OFFTEC Investment Group PLC (BDIN), is introducing a fresh, modern and unified look to its card.
Marwan Said, CEO of e-Points said, “We have been able to solidify our position as Jordan’s largest and most exclusive customer reward program and now we have to enhance that position by expanding our services across the region. Therefore, to unify our e-Points card and better position it to allow for more regional growth, we are modernizing its look and making it more colorful and fresh. With this in mind, we want to appeal to the new markets we plan to launch in over the coming year.”
He added, “The new card launch also stems from our motto of ‘Living is More Rewarding,’ which aims at building customer loyalty by creating a card that appeals to a wider customer-base. Customers and merchants will feel the difference this year.” He went on to say, “The look and design of the new card falls in line with our branding strategy and partnerships.
Cardholders can visit the e-Points service stations at Aramex outlets across Amman to apply for the new card, report a missing card and make account balance enquiries. When cardholders replace their old card with a new one, the account balance will be automatically and immediately transferred, and the old card becomes invalid.
In a very short period of time, e-Points has been able to develop an exclusive network of over 350 of the leading retail, hospitality and service outlets in the kingdom, in addition to over 93 thousand cardholders.
e-Points (e-points.net) is a member of the OFFTEC Investment Group PLC. The e-Points rewards program was launched in January 2005 and is now the largest customer reward program in Jordan with approximately 93,000 cardholders and over 350 network partners consisting of the leading retail, hospitality and service outlets in the Kingdom.
The mission of the e-Points network is to provide businesses with a customer loyalty and reward platform that will bring them closer to consumers and could result in improved performance. On the other hand, through the program, consumers will have the opportunity to collect points as they shop and spend within the network. Cardholders can then exchange the accumulated points for goods and services from any of the participating merchants.
