The survey polled the opinions of the clients of the UK’s digital marketing agencies on seven criteria – Creativity, Return on Investment, Understanding business/sector, New technology, Works well with other agencies, Data collection, Act strategically, Act technically and Account management.
The scores awarded by its clients made Foolproof the clear winner in the ‘Usability supplier’ sector, achieving the maximum score of 10 out of 10 in the Return on investment and Working well with other agencies categories.
Judged against the whole digital agency market – that includes Web Design and e-marketing agencies, as well as other specialists in search engine and affiliate marketing, e-mail, hosting, web analytics - Foolproof was ranked equal 4th best in the UK overall.
