WestStone Communities, one of the top three multi-family residential developers in Arizona, has named Patrick Tice as vice president of sales. Responsible for managing all aspects of sales, Tice brings more than 15 years of extensive experience within the Arizona market to his new position. His expertise in executing strategic initiatives, assessing the competition, valuing properties, managing a sales team and building alliances that lead to rapid sales will enhance the presence of Scottsdale-based, Canadian-founded WestStone Communities. Former sales management positions include Meritage Homes and, most recently, Standard Pacific Homes, where he more than doubled total annual sales. Sales positions include Shea Homes and Engle Homes. Tice has also served the State of Arizona as a business development representative, appointed by then-Governor Fife Symington.
“Patrick is well-known for his ability to build alliances with other brokerages and we are excited to have him lead our team,” said WestStone President John Iorillo.
Tice earned his B.A. degree in Business Communication at Arizona State University and earned his Arizona real estate broker’s license in 1998. A dedicated Arizonan, Tice has lived in Arizona most of his life. He resides in Northeast Phoenix with his three children and is an avid golfer.
