As a result, AppManager customers can now move email off the Exchange server and archive it via Archive One to improve productivity around email life cycle management while lowering overall system support costs.
This new connector enables organizations to consolidate information from multiple messaging applications and servers. It links workflow procedures and individual tasks together with Archive One email archiving functions in a way that immediately reflects environmental changes caused by adjacent processes.

When the connector is used, AppManager will initiate events that archive defined sets or groups of messages, calendar items, contact details and other message-related information from multiple or specific users. This dramatically reduces the amount of information that needs to be stored on email servers, thereby drastically improving restore and backup times for email systems. It can also be used to carry out live messaging system data stores or pre-indexed archive information searches providing compliance and governance data to meet both internal and external requirements.
