Atlanta, GA, United States, 11/21/2007 – The OBIE Awards program is presented by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association's Sales and Marketing Council to honor excellence in building, marketing and personal achievement in the homebuilding industry. The awards are judged by industry professionals across the country and are announced during a gala dinner each November.
The Providence Group received two awards for Promenade at NorthPlace – a Gold Award in the category of Best Building Design Attached Model, All Builders - $375,000 to $499,999 and a Silver Award for Best Building Design Attached, All Builders - $275,000 to $374,999. Promenade at NorthPlace is located in Sandy Springs and features charming two- and three-story brownstone-style condominiums conveniently located near GA 400 and I-285.
In addition, Three Bridges, a Suwanee community featuring single family homes, courtyard townhomes and traditional townhomes, received a Silver Award in the category of Single Family Cluster, All Builders - $250,000 to $349,999. Bristol at Briarcliff, a townhome community in Atlanta, received a Silver Award in the category of Best Building Design Attached, All Builders - $375,000 to $499,999.
