Bucharest, Romania, 10/30/2007 – AXIGEN, the professional messaging solution vendor, announces today it now powers the largest portal in the Middle East. Maktoob.com has chosen the AXIGEN Mail Server to manage the email accounts of over 4 million registered users.
Based in Amman, Jordan, Maktoob.com is the world’s first and largest Arabic/English web-based email service and currently offers extensive services and products for the Arab Internet users. The portal chose the AXIGEN Mail Server to manage its ever growing email accounts databases after comparing it against CommuniGate Pro and the originally employed solution, comprising Mirapoint and SurgeMail servers.
