Atlanta, GA, United States, 10/26/2007 – Sharp Residential is pleased to welcome Brandon Carter as the new neighborhood sales manager at Olde Heritage. In his new position, Carter will answer any questions potential homebuyers have, write contracts and maintain contracts to closing. Olde Heritage, located in Woodstock, offers single-family homes priced from the $400,000s to the $600,000s.
Before joining Sharp Residential, Carter worked with another Atlanta-based builder and developer. He has three years experience in new home sales and five years experience with property management. Carter is also an active member of the Atlanta Board of REALTORS©.

Carter was born and raised in East Cobb County, and spent his adolescent years in Columbia, SC before moving back to Georgia for college. He attended Georgia Southwestern University and eventually relocated to Atlanta. He now lives in Kennesaw and spends most of his free time with his two-year old. However, his Saturdays are reserved for UGA football.
Upon completion, Olde Heritage will offer 145 ranch and two-story homes from Sharp Residential’s Classic series.
