Skymol Communicator as live business chat and live help solution is a more interactive communication tool than email or the traditonal text chat, InforMed turned to Skymol to help them apply their unique approach to a personalized and interactive environment to online surgery hours.
InforMed provides live online surgery hours to patients and website visitors through the Doctor Answers program. In the virtual clinic currently 8-10 doctors answer the questions and give advice in 12 areas of specialty in real time using voice and video, and text chat communications.
