Riu Hotels & Resorts Ranked Third Among International Hotel Brands by Market Metrix Hospitality Index

Riu Hotels & Resorts earned the number three ranking among international hotel brands behind Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts and Fairmont Hotels & Resorts respectively. The MMHI is an annual report that quantifies customer satisfaction and measures the overall performance of hospitality companies based on surveys conducted with hotel guests. RIU was the highest rated company with an exclusive focus on sun-and-beach resorts in the index.

The Market Metrix Hospitality Index’s international component is based on over 10,000 interviews with guests staying at non-US-based hotels. This year marked the first time RIU appeared in the annual rankings.
