Atlanta, GA, United States, 2007/07/22 - Agents from Sharp Residential have been busy this summer, not just selling homes, but encouraging other agents to sell Sharp homes as well.
On June 5th, various Sharp agents from the Northwest Atlanta region visited a local Keller Williams office to discuss Sharp’s agent incentive program, “Sharp Pay,” talk about the various Sharp neighborhoods located in the area, and discuss Tom Sharp’s success as a single-family homebuilder in the metro Atlanta area. A similar event took place on June 12th at a different Keller Williams office near the same area. Attending agents at both events enjoyed a delicious catered meal, one of which being a breakfast sponsored by Atlanta New Home Guide Data Book. Prizes were also given out including a stuffed animal Shar-Pei, which is the signature mascot for Sharp’s current agent incentive program, and a dog shaped cookie cutter with a dog biscuit recipe.
“We have had several agents with Keller Williams to sell Sharp Residential homes, and we wanted to reward them for doing so, as well as let them all know about our new communities and current incentives,” said Ginny Bishop, Director of Marketing for Sharp Residential. “Sharp agents usually give presentations at various agent offices several times a month in an effort to cultivate more broker business in the area.”
The presentations are not formal, and usually have anywhere from 20 to 50 agents, though there have been as many as 80. Those who attend are not only served a delightful lunch, but are encouraged to participate in various games and activities where prizes are awarded. Prizes are also given to agents who have sold a Sharp home, and there are random drawings for agents who attend and put their card in a basket when they arrive.
In addition to the great food and many prizes, Sharp agents will explain the “Sharp Pay” incentive program in more detail, as well as discuss the price points of Sharp homes, features of the homes and the neighborhood amenities and associations.
