Merger creates the regions fastest growing Healthcare and Safety Solutions Company
Under the terms of the agreement, Priority One Ventures and DMTS will combine management, operating platforms and business assets into Priority One Enterprises LLC. (Priority One).
Mr. Michael Shabkie, current owner of Priority One Ventures Corporation and DMTS owners Rich and Mark Ganley as well as William H. Gibbs, will all remain partners in the newly formed Priority One.
