Leading South African business solutions provider, Jera Consulting, has partnered with UK-based Version One, to deliver electronic document storage and authorisation technologies to Jera’s 300+ customers. Jera is the largest Sage provider south of the Sahara, selling a range of accounting systems including Sage Line 500 and Sage Line 1000.
Using Version One’s systems, Jera customers can now eliminate inefficient and error-prone paper-based processes for the approval, storage and retrieval of business documents. Version One’s DbArchive storage system and DbAuthorise workflow technology enable Jera’s customers to electronically store, retrieve and authorise all business documents (invoices, purchase orders etc.) directly from their accounting system. As well as reducing costs and storage space, these technologies significantly improve organisation efficiencies.
