Solarponics, a renewable resources and solar energy installation and service company with the only RPA (Radiant Panel Association) certified technicians on the Central Coast of California, welcomes the addition of Andrew Stewart as Commercial Energy Assessor to the Solarponics staff. Stewart brings more than 20 years of experience in the sales and service industry. He is originally from England and moved to California in 1979.
As a Commercial Energy Assessor, Stewart focuses on commercial businesses to help them fulfill their needs for solar energy and other eco-friendly products such as radiant floor heating, solar electric, solar pool heating and solar water heating. Stewart provides business owners with information on products and services available for wineries, farms, ranches, and many other types of businesses throughout San Luis Obispo County, California.
“People are starting to sit up and take notice of the fact that there may be something to global warming and toxic emissions. I would like to help businesses do what they can, for the environment and their pocket books,” Stewart said. He also noted that “government incentives for commercial applications are particularly generous right now.”
Solarponics' owner Mike Emrich is a Cal Poly graduate who has spent the past 32 years building Solarponics into an eco-friendly company staffed with 17 employees that are knowledgeable in the solar energy field.
“Solarponics understands the need for alternative energy solutions and is committed to passing that knowledge on to its customers. I built this company with the commitment of using natural resources to power our lives,” Emrich said.
Their office is at 4700 El Camino Real, Atascadero, California.
