After using Yardi Voyager® and products from the Yardi Commercial Suite™ to manage its commercial property management business, Melvin Mark Companies has elected to enhance and mobilize customer relationship management and deal tracking with Yardi Commercial LeasingPad™.
Yardi Commercial LeasingPad will shorten Melvin Mark’s leasing cycle by replacing its former manual, paper-heavy process for tracking deals with contact, prospect and portfolio health information delivered to brokers on a mobile device.
