Dell Services today announced that Black Book Market Research, a firm specializing in providing healthcare-centric market research, has ranked Dell’s Healthcare Services the No. 1 information technology outsourcing vendor in two reports identifying the top 20 ITO providers for healthcare payer and provider industries. The 2016 rankings mark the sixth consecutive year Dell Services has earned the top positions.
Dell Services ranked No. 1 in the Top Payer & Health Plan Information Technology Outsourcing Vendors report, achieving the top position in 13 out of 18 categories evaluated, including Strategic Alignment; Innovation; Client Relationships and Cultural Fit; and Breadth of Offerings, Client Types, Delivery Excellence, among others. This report includes insights from 3,249 users from 1,105 health insurance and payer organizations in the U.S.
In the other report in which Dell Services took the top position, Top Hospitals & Providers Information Technology Outsourcing Vendors, Dell Services achieved the number one position in 11 out of the 18 criteria evaluated, including Strategic Alignment; Innovation; Trust, Accountability & Transparency; and Breadth of Offerings, Client Types, Delivery Excellence; amongst others. Black Book included responses from 2,012 users from 424 hospitals, physician practices and ancillary provider organizations in the U.S. in the report.
Dell achieved scores in the highest category in both reports across all 18 categories surveyed, meaning the company consistently achieved responses that indicate overwhelming satisfaction, exceeding expectations and being a highly recommend vendor.
