Verint® Systems, Inc. today announced that a U.S.-based, premier healthcare company extended its investment and will be deploying workforce optimization and customer analytics software from Verint to support its member services operations. Leveraging solutions from across the Verint Customer Engagement Optimization™ portfolio, the organization can now leverage a full set of capabilities from a single provider to further its high-touch engagement principles to meet and exceed member needs, proactively influence healthcare behavior, and enhance clinical outcomes and financial performance.
Given its successful experiences using Verint Engagement Management™ including solutions for employee desktop, case management, email management, knowledge management, live chat, co-browse and web self-service the company extended its investment, adding Verint Workforce Optimization™ (WFO) and Verint Customer Analytics™ in October 2015.
