Gilmore Associates will replace multiple software applications for property and financial management operations with Yardi Genesis2™, a mobile, Web-based, and cloud-hosted platform for owners and managers of small to mid-sized residential and commercial real estate portfolios.

Doing everything in Genesis2 and eliminating multiple data entry, will obviously be much more efficient. Gilmore Associates will also adopt COMMERCIALCafé™ which offers tenants in the company’s commercial properties online access to statements, maintenance requests, and other services from their desktops or mobile devices. Gilmore Associates will also use COMMERCIALCafé for branded online marketing of properties for sale or lease.
Renters in Gilmore Associates’ residential units will use RENTCafé® to make rent payments from their desktops or remote devices.
