Greenville, South Carolina-based Intellectual Capitol, Inc. has joined the exclusive ranks of South Carolina companies named to the prestigious Inc. Magazine 5000 Fastest-Growing Private Companies list, Inc. Magazine editors and principals of ICAP announced today. ICAP placed in the top 1000 companies at #834 overall as a first-year honoree.
Intellectual Capitol, or ICAP, is a staffing and technology services company that assists customers in designing, building, integrating, project managing and supporting mission-critical initiatives across the Southeastern United States. The certified woman-owned business has 22 employees with locations in Greenville, Columbia and Charleston, South Carolina.

Founded in 2003 by Barry Newkirk, who serves as Vice President and Managing Partner, and Traci Newkirk, the acting Chief Operating Officer, ICAP has experienced explosive growth emerging from the economic downturn of the last several years, according to Mr. Newkirk.

To qualify, companies must be U.S. based and privately held, independent -- not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies -- and have had at least $100,000 in revenue in 2011, and over $2 million in 2014.
