Mr Manoj Menon heads the ICT Practice research and consulting division at Frost & Sullivan in the Asia Pacific region. In addition to directly driving the business in the Southeast Asian offices, he continuously identifies future rich technology pockets aligned to the division's core competency in telecommunications, enterprise communications and convergence. Manoj has consulted on multiple strategic and syndicated projects for leading multinational software vendors, equipment vendors, service providers and industry regulators including Siebel, Avaya, SingTel, Siemens, Philips, Telekom Malaysia, Ericsson, Lucent, Nortel Networks and VSNL. His research expertise includes the telecommunications, enterprise communications and enterprise applications markets. As a leading analyst in the Asia Pacific ICT industry, Manoj's expert opinions have been heard at private client seminars and industry conferences across the region. Based in Madrid and London, Jose is also a key member of Frost & Sullivan's World Security team, providing syndicated research on network security markets and issues on a global basis. Jose has covered several markets within Internet and network security including firewalls, VPN, PKI, content filtering, content encryption, anti-malware software, secure transactions, IDS, VA, web access control, identity management, authentication and wireless security. Ms Anna Bartz is a Consultant Analyst with Frost & Sullivan's ICT Practice in Europe. Anna has worked on several major projects for clients in the telecom and IT sectors in the EMEA region. She currently oversees
the development of thought leadership pertaining to ICT market growth in CEE and CIS. Project experience includes, analysis of the mobile handset market with a specific focus on purchasing behaviour in emerging EMEA markets; identification of service opportunities in the P2P VoIP market; analysis of the perception and impact of Cybercrime on organisations in EMEA (regulatory aspects); value proposition development for an OSS/BSS vendor and a strategic analysis of the German carrier services market.
Prior to joining Frost & Sullivan, Anna worked in market intelligence with Lexmark International and Christian Dior. She also developed a research study on the market for Internet Services Providers in Poland. Anna holds an MSc in Economics from Poland and an MSC in Management from ESCP-EAP European School of Management in France. She is fluent in English, French and Polish.
