Bonaparte will replace previous CEO and Founder Joe Eandi, who will remain with the company.

Bonaparte brings to Vorstack more than 20 years of technology experience, which includes serving as CEO and president at three companies in the security market, including Solidcore acquired by McAfee, Tablus acquired by EMC, and MailFrontier acquired by SonicWall. She previously held executive positions at Verisign, a leader in cyber security, transforming their international business. Ms. Bonaparte received a BS in Industrial Engineering from Stanford and an MBA from Harvard.
