The global medical device industry has grown significantly over the last five years, and it is projected to reach approximately $352 billion by 2019 with a compound annual growth rate of 7.1 percent (2014-2019) To serve the rapidly expanding industry, the NAMSR (National Association of Medical Sales Representatives) has developed the RMSR Medical Sales Training to aid in educating medical sales reps to meet industry knowledge pre-requisites. "Very positive" responses came mostly from firms with fewer than 50 employees, while more mid-sized and large firms took "somewhat positive" outlooks.
