Confirmit today announces the launch of the Confirmit Panel App, a dedicated app that allows organizations running customer or Market Research panels to offer a seamless mobile experience to their panelists.
The Confirmit Panel App answers the needs of researchers by offering a high quality mobile panel experience to all research participants, as well as encouraging wider engagement with panelists at a time and place convenient to them.
Paul Quinn, Director of Product Management at Confirmit, explains: “MR organizations and businesses who run customer or employee panels face a continuing struggle to attract and retain panelists, particularly in certain demographic groups. Our Panel App allows them to engage with panelists on the mobile device of their choice, as well as offering the flexibility to access surveys when and where they want, contributing to higher response rates.”
Quinn adds: “Panelists can use this solution to register for panels, manage their profile, pause and resume surveys during completion, and track accrued points for survey completion. The app can also receive push notifications about new or uncompleted surveys from the Confirmit panel software. Used appropriately, this has proven to be a more effective reminder than emails, helping to increase engagement and response rates.”
The Confirmit Panel App can deliver a fully customized and branded experience, ensuring consistency for panelists or customers regardless of how they access surveys. This includes branding of the App icon, names and labels within the App, customized log-in screens and customized survey lists.
The Confirmit Panel App (confirmit.com) is available via the Apple App Store and Google Play. It is fully integrated with Confirmit Professional and Standard Panels, allowing organizations to use their existing panel designer software while taking advantage of a separate mobile-optimized portal layout.
