Watson.
Selligent Chief Marketing Officer Nicholas Worth will highlight the campaign and introduce Lars Crama, Business Development Director of 2organize, the Selligent Partner that developed the loyalty card program for Kruidvat.
Kruidvat is the leading drug store chain in the Netherlands and boasts more than 1000 locations across Holland and Belgium. Continually innovating to drive store and online traffic, Kruidvat and 2organize created a personal customer loyalty card with special, timed offers and product promotions targeted specifically at the individual customer cardholder. Using Selligent solutions to power a cross-channel approach, the program has delivered highly successful personalized interaction, with over 6.2 million visits and 2.8 million activations every three months.
