With more than 25,000 attendees, the Miami International and Strictly Sail Boat Shows are recognized as the largest international expos featuring the most innovative catamaran designs, nautical products and technologies in the world of boating.
The booth award committee selected winners Friday, February 16th based on ambiance, creativity, lighting, display skills, signage, wall systems, floor systems and of course, the friendliness and helpfulness of the booth staff.
The architecture of Catamarans.com’s innovative 20 ft. x 50 ft. display was a play on the tropical lifestyle, and scaled for different applications. Beneath the white three-peak weather resistant tent were a collection of vibrant printed lifestyle graphics, a V.I.P. bar, two tiki meeting areas, as well as a tiki work station for our support staff. Our plan was to design a booth that effectively demonstrated the numerous catamaran services we offer in a warm and welcoming environment. The Best Booth award was particularly significant for Catamarans.com as we continue to personalize our brand attributes for our core audience. The award was confirmation that the right message was being communicated to the right market, and that the market is listening.
"In creating our booth design, we incorporated sight, sound, and feel, to achieve a truly 'organic' environment that will appeal to Miami’s style,” said Annie Dufour, Catamarans.com’s exhibiting coordinator. “The atmosphere needed to be inviting- it needed to bring a feeling of serious fun and thoughts of good times. Lighting, music, shape and color all added to this."
