Capitalizing on its strong position as a leading provider of call center services, Raya Contact Center has finalized a partnership with EMAAR Misr a 60-40 joint venture between Artoc Group for Investment and Development and EMMAR Properties of Dubai.

The project is designed to help EMAAR Misr achieve one of its most important objectives providing the best quality service to its current and potential customers. Among the services provided is a short number (16116) that facilitates two-way communication between EMAAR Misr and its client base, where clients can call to inquire about all aspects related to the Company projects.

Concurrently, EMAAR Misr will be able to build a strong database of clients, gathering feedback via customer satisfaction surveys. In addition, Raya (rayacontactcenter.com) provides help desk services to EMAAR Misr on its current ongoing two main projects: Uptown Cairo and Marassi.
