Raleigh, NC, United States, 02/14/2007 – Bill Guy, vice president and managing broker for the Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston Crabtree Valley office, has announced that John A. Alvi II, Leland McKeithen and Hala Penizaer have joined the firm’s Crabtree real estate office. Alvi has previous experience in the automotive industry and attended N.C. State University. He resides in Raleigh. Peniazer has previous experience in the restaurant and banking industries. She resides in Raleigh. McKeithen is a graduate of North Carolina State University with a B.S. in History. He is assistant chief of the Six Forks Rescue Squad and is on the squad’s board of directors. McKeithen was previously a selling supervisor for Brooks Brothers. He resides in Raleigh.
