Orange County based Big Fish Payroll Services has announced the promotion of Operations Manager Jeff Hill to president. Owner, Justin Dignam, relinquished his responsibilities as president and has assumed Founder and CEO roles at Big Fish.
"Mr. Hill has been with Big Fish for 8 years and has been an integral part of our growth," said Dignam. "One of Jeff's greatest strengths is forecasting what business process refinement or creation we will need in the future, and implementing those systems and processes necessary to accommodate our growth. He is very well qualified to run the day-to-day operations of Big Fish Payroll."
This well-deserved promotion comes after Hill, a Big Fish employee since 2005, received his Law Degree from Whittier Law School and became licensed as an attorney in California last summer.

The announcement will serve as the first of several management structure changes to come in the future as Big Fish Payroll continues to expand its marketplace into more robust Human Capital Management (HCM) and enhanced technology offerings.
