PaayaTech, Inc., a software development and consulting company, today announced the launch of a new website designed to provide better support for its clients. The new site, called DeskYar, allows clients to log incidents for software issues and track the progress of resolution. They also can use the site to request enhancements and report bugs.
“We designed DeskYar to be easy for our clients to use, private and fast, so we can resolve any issues in a timely manner and clients can move on with their business,” said Hossein Jabbarzadeh, president of PaayaTech. “In the near future, we will be adding a library of support documents and answers to frequently asked questions so all clients can benefit from collective product knowledge.”
The system can be accessed through the “Support” tab on PaayaTech’s website. It is built on the latest .Net and SQL 2012 technology, using PaayaTech’s library. Each client will have its own login and password, be able to open and close incidents, and receive timely updates on all logged incidents.
In addition to the new support website, the company also announced the launch of their new company website today. The new website provides quick access to DeskYar, along with an easy-to-navigate design and more robust information about PaayaTech’s products and services.
