• ConnectWise Certified Professionals: This program expands ConnectWise knowledge for partners, featuring content that is tailored for specific ConnectWise job roles. Certifications focus on increasing a partner's mastery of their ConnectWise job role, ensuring they become a power user within the area of study chosen.
• Services Plus: This is an all-inclusive support and consulting package that provides priority access technical support and a dedicated, knowledgeable partner. This ensures partners receive rapid, responsive, world-class support.
• Business Transformation Audits: This enables partners to audit 15 key aspects of their business, review audit reports and compare business processes to best practices. The program includes a remote consulting session with a ConnectWise consultant to review audit findings. Additionally, the program enables partners to create an action plan to increase profitability, efficiency and productivity.
