Verint® Systems, Inc. today announced that it has been named to Software Magazine’s 31st Annual “Software 500” ranking, a listing of the world’s largest software and service providers. Earning the 96th position, Verint’s placement on the prestigious list appears alongside top private and publicly-held software organizations worldwide.
The Software 500 is a ranking of the world’s largest software and services suppliers, targeting medium to large enterprises, their IT professionals, software developers and business managers involved in purchasing technology. The ranking, which was released in September 2013, is based on total worldwide software and services revenue, including software licenses, maintenance and support, training, software-related services and consulting. Suppliers are not ranked on total corporate revenue, since many have other lines of business, such as hardware.
“Verint’s advancement in the Software 500 ranking reflects the exciting things that have been happening in and around the company over the past year, including technology innovation and the introduction of new solutions, the expansion of our global footprint, partner expansion that makes our offerings even more widely available, and a growing customer base,” says Dan Bodner, president and chief executive officer, Verint. “We look forward to continuing our growth momentum through the delivery of Actionable Intelligence® solutions that help our global customers improve enterprise performance and make the world a safer place.”
